For those wishing to reserve a loft at SMC for the 2010-2011 school year.

Full Size Loft

Full Size:

Height between floor and mattress is 60", provides room for chair, desk and bureau. The loft will take 80" and 75" mattresses

Safety Rail:

A saftey rail is included, it attaches directly to the bed frame and allows for easy access.

Shelf:

Not shown. A moveable shelf is included.

Ladder:

To save space in the room, the end sections are used as a ladder. If the room configuration is such a ladder is needed, there is the availability of a hardwood ladder.

Storage:

Our loft kit uses the entire bed in the room so there's no need for storage.

Assembly:

On average 25 minutes.

Rental:

$99.00 for the remainder of the 2010-2011 academic year. There is an additional 6% Vermont Sales and Use Tax ($6.00). To reserve a loft, complete the form below.

Mid Size Loft

Mid Size:

Height between floor and mattress is 36", space for files, bureau and general storage.

Shelf:

Not shown. A moveable shelf is included.

Assembly:

On average 20 minutes.

Rental:

$99.00 for the remainder of the 2010-2011 academic year. There is an additional 6% Vermont Sales and Use Tax ($6.00).To reserve a loft, complete the form below.

How To:

To reserve a loft, complete the form below. We will contact you by phone and/or email to schedule an install. Payment can be made at that time.

Cash, check or credit card.

Loft Returns

Loft Returns:

Lofts are collected at the end of the academic year. To schedule a return during the last week of school, click on Loft Returns.

Early Returns:

Lofts can be returned before the start of final exams, send an email to schedule a removal date. Until the loft has been physiclly returned to VLF, the student remains financially responsible.

Changing Rooms

Changing Rooms:

The student is responsible for moving the loft. Assistance can be provided but needs to be scheduled by sending an email.

Switching Lofts

Switching Lofts:

While the inventory lasts, the student can switch from full size loft to half size loft or vice-versa. To schedule a switch, send an email.
